…a Group that, over the past 25 years, has been operating in the Debt Recovery and Credit Management sector, dealing with Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Our steady and constant growth places us at the head of the sector of our competence for what concerns:
1-Spread of the debt collection network throughout the national territory;
2-A bouquet of services to be offered;
3-Qualified agents.
We have always favored tailor-made services…an approach that allows us to build, within a complete bouquet of services, a professional relation with our clients, which tends to become an actual partnership.
Both focussing on details and paying profound attention on training, helped us to forge a network of professionals having the client’s satisfaction as the main goal, as well as the current legislation (regularly conforming to the upgrades given by the Authorities responsible). We developed internal systems that empower us by giving us the possibility to communicate just in time with our clients, in doing so we offer a constant monitoring on the outcomes achieved: that is what the word “Transparency” means to us! The very same concept that governs the relation between obligors and our debt collection network: perspicuity free from ambiguity and vagueness, and clarity when expounding conceivable and concrete solutions.
We talked about a bouquet of services to be offered: starting from Extrajudicial Recovery, of course including all its procedures, through Legal Assistance with law firms under permanent agreement, towards Proactive Credit Management (in order to avoid NPL with a correct monitoring and targeted measures of credits exposure)… those are just few of the services we have to offer.
