Clessidra, literally hourglass, is our internal Training School. With the aid of external professors, as well as internal managers, the debt collection network attends refreshers courses through the elearning portal.
Two weekly sessions: training and education/information.
This disposition assures the continuous test of one’s professional level and provides the necessary and right amount of upgrade that, in a sector such as Credit Recovery, is required.
Two sessions that last 30 minutes (8.30/9.00 am) and favor the perpetual evaluation of the debt collection network without undermining the territorial activities program.
A brief compendium of sessions:
1. Training videos in which, thanks to visual communication specialists, the recovery negotiation to obtain the finest performances has been divided into sections;
2. Thematic library: didactic notebooks that give an abstract of technical legal notions considered imperative so as to operate with awareness of facts and credibility.
