Legal action is taken, accordingly with the Costumer, when all the extrajudicial measures performed bring into light the presence of objective elements, thus creating the conditions to support an action that would immediately show concrete possibilities to succeed.
Ceased the internal investigation of the competent bodies, and verified the presence of the abovementioned premises, the paperwork, once the Costumer’s green light is obtained, get forwarded to our internal attorney that will proceed to contact the more appropriate law firm (in terms of geographic position) under permanent agreement. The synergy between the debt collection network (that has now all the required elements) and the law firm, specialized in recovery, is imperative in order to evaluate every single position through the in-depth analysis of the debtor’s financial situation, with the aim to elaborate a reliable valuation about the concrete possibility of recovering though legal action.
Having all the above-mentioned elements, and having an estimation of the possibilities to succeed, the law firm involved proceeds with the notification of the injunction that will be followed by the procedures of the legal system (writ, injunction, execution).
