In collaboration with Laboratorio di Cultura, the group\u2019s company accredited at Regione Lombardia for Training and Labour Services, we brought the first Course for Domicile Credit Recovery Operators with Qualifications released by a Public Institution to fruition. The course, lasting 40 hours, extends from Financial Analysis to Effecting Communication, from Private Law to Privacy; makes use of external professors and highly specialized professionals. A final examination, both theoretically and practically, is scheduled at the end of the course before a mixed commission (internal managers and external tutors). Regione Lombardia provides the Certification of acquired Capabilities (with specifications) to any operator who successfully passes the examination.
