With the aid of external professors, as well as internal managers, the debt collection network attends refreshers courses through the elearning portal.<br \/>\nTwo weekly sessions: training and education\/information.<br \/>\nThis disposition assures the continuous test of one\u2019s professional level and provides the necessary and right amount of upgrade that, in a sector such as Credit Recovery, is required.<br \/>\nTwo sessions that last 30 minutes (8.30\/9.00 am) and favor the perpetual evaluation of the debt collection network without undermining the territorial activities program.<br \/>\nA brief compendium of sessions:<br \/>\n1. Training videos in which, thanks to visual communication specialists, the recovery negotiation to obtain the finest performances has been divided into sections;<br \/>\n2.
